Yes, it would. Considering that I worked for 56 years and never broke 
25K. Oh, I sometimes grossed in six figures but that is misleading. You 
have to take the expenses out of that.

That said, I did manage to buy this condo in Sarasota FL. Keeps me from 
being homeless now.
