Hi Virgil,

Well, I guess they can party for free in the third world social centers, 
run their shops in Indiastan or wherever people with US masters and 
doctorates work for $30 US per year while retaining their US citizenship 
for free under the foreign income exemption, taking refuge here if it 
ever really gets hot outside.
