Pete, Seems to me that has absolutely nothing to do with sexual liberation, but everything to do with a lack of moral standards on behalf of the accused parties.
Sexual liberation doesn't mean that a disregard for what is right and what is wrong can be forgotten. Personally I'd prosecute them to the full extent of the law and then some.
