DreamWeaver is designed for artistic types, like ad agency people. As a
race, programmers are (um -- how can I say this) "not known for their
aesthetic sensibilities." (Though I'm sure *you* are an exception! That
is a *really* nice pocket protector! Don't let anyone tell you otherwise.)

I teach DreamWeaver, and technical people commonly struggle with it
because they always want to dig into the code directly. Artistic types
also struggle with it, as they are used to print media, and can't stand
the idea that 10 users will each see the web site differently, depending
on their monitor, browser, etc. They also can't stand the limitations of
HTML and CSS -- the idea for example that this logo can't be *exactly*
in this position & size.
