Look into Tinyweb:
http://www.ritlabs.com/en/products/tinyweb/

less than 260K, if you include the help files and licenses, and takes 
only a minute to set it up.

Start it, move your test files into the same folder, and give the 
utility http://localhost or http://127.0.0.1 as the URL.  Should work.
