At least you get what you pay for. Instead you just fiddle the books with fake reductions in actual hard costs yet you are exposed to potential overtime or screw the salaried to keep working till it's done. Time is money no matter how you want to hide it. Calling to get answers about Sun-java is an experience our team says. In your GL you cannot measure non completed work to the variety of customers this IT dept. has.
