amen, and less people calling them crappy software developers. everybody, no matter how talented they may be now started out not knowing a thing. If they were fortunate, they found a mentor that took them under their wing. If not, they learned what works by making mistakes and finding out what doesn't work.
This is something we need to find a way to bring back to america. This spirit of "I can do it". Not the "I can't do it because I don't have a degree, or training, or ???"
