Just make sure the video card bumps the resolution when connected to external monitor. I know Kevin Cully warned me of this feature and it really makes a significant difference. We have a few HP Minis and the resolution adjusts to the external monitor capability. Also available at Costco with 2 year warranty for $350. Nice little machines. Highly recommend getting a bump in RAM to 2GB (around $50), but it runs respectively well with just the 1GB RAM out of the box with Win7.
