You don't have to explain anything, as you have demonstrated an 
inability to do.  Nor am I making assumptions.  Please don't concern 
yourself with the size of my brain, you'll only cause yours to explode. 
  Yes, that can exist of people are willing to follow the laws of the 
country(ies) that they wish to enter.  That is not happening here.
