True, a large business will look to offshore roles or projects before it
starts taking on more employees. Small businesses don't have that luxury
so are more likely to take on someone. In the UK there is a scheme to
take on unemployed graduates for particular projects at a lower rate
than you'd normally get an employee. There is no job security but
experience for the graduate...
