Weren't Irish and/or Scottish immigrants hated for the same reasons at 
the turn of the past century? German immigrants who brought their 
culture that was different from US culture? Danes, Poles, Italians...?
Culture is not destroyed, it is transformed.

What I don't like though are all the hordes of homeless or workless 
people who live on 500 a week polluting USA's landscape. I think people 
who earn below a certain amount should be deported and never allowed to 
return. That way the loosers culture will not infect and destroy the 
winner US traditional culture.
