Spycop is fine but it doesn't support Windows 7 ....as of yet or 64 bit.

There's a program called 'Spycop' that should do the trick... custom made
for what you're describing. I've used older versions of the app and it has
done a nice job.

I used to use Sygate firewall, but that seems to have been bought by
Symantec and incorprerated into their security suite.
I think others on this list use Sygate.

Recently I bought a Windows 7 laptop to replace my aging XP desktop
but I haven't looked into firewall software for this.
