I can't help with wizards as I never use them but it looks like the form is
a normal one so it won't wait until it's done. You need a modal form to do
that.

I've used the wizard to create the form and the same thing happens in
the program. Do it outside of a program and whilst the command box
reappears immediately over the form it still allows you to click into it
and use it normally.
