I watched a bit of the US-UK match whilst washing dishes -- I had to turn the TV off, as that noise was so irritating. I admit that I have developed a *very* low tolerance of irritation by TV noise after so many years of very little TV. I have to "mute" during commercials, too. Nevertheless, that noise was over-the-top. What are other folks saying about it? Are other viewers as irritated as me?
