There is already a compelling case for impeaching Obama based on bribery (the Sestak/Romanoff affairs and the Blago situation). High crimes and misdemeanors are performed daily by this regime, such as seizing power on unto himself that he does not have by any legal authority, which is only possible because of the near supermajority his party very temporarily enjoys. The bills they have passed this year are so unconstitutional it boggles the mind, but since they're able to stack the judiciary with schlubs who view the Constitution as a footnote, a footnote it has become. Really, the whole lot needs to be impeached, which is politically an impossible task while they are still in power. The Republic is in dire straits and will be long after this groups of thugs are run out of office. Whoever takes over after the political bloodletting will inherit massive problems and an apparatus of unrivaled executive power. The chances they will not abuse it are next to nil. This is why Obama was a path America never should have gone down. It is entirely conceivable to me that Obama would commit an act of treason, if he hasn't already. I think he was groomed precisely because of his unique psychology, few other candidates would be willing to entertain the kinds of things he'll quite easily choose to do. I don't trust even his basic human instinct to do the right thing. I marvel that he won't release his long-form birth certificate and that his argument that the short form somehow answers the question goes unchallenged by the mainstream media, which are entirely complicit in the mythology that was necessary to get his Oneness elected. It's such a simple thing to prove, yet he spends multi-millions to avoid it. Why? Either he wasn't born here and isn't a natural born citizen (and the whole system is now protecting this embarrassing fact as a kind of act of desperation/self-preservation, lest a serious Constitutional crisis paralyze the country), as many articles predating his run for President plainly stated, or the truth about his parental line is false (so he's hiding it, and benefiting from the sympathy factor to keep political enemies off guard), in which case he is an impostor/fraud anyway. Personally I believe the latter -- I think his father was really Frank Marshall Davis.
