I thought i had a problem because the Windows error message was all about
64bit etc etc
It turned out the client copied the folder from the old XP pc to this new
Win7 64 bit pc.
During this process, the data as well exe file became corrupted.

I managed log-in to their pc (showmypc) and noticed the exe picture was
"odd".
I always have a command window app in my app folders and that ran fine, so
that confirmed my thoughts that the exe was damaged. Using this command app,
i also found the dbf's were damaged.

Once I installed replacement exe and restored from a backup, all was well.
Beats me why Win7 thought it was to do with 32bit v 64 bit
