Thanks it works BUT I get an error before it executes I have a form which is a MENU and it has 12 command buttons in it
Under one command button I place mmcode = 2 then release the form and go execute another form (the one I wish to change color) I get (only one time) ERROR with Commandgroup1 - Value: data type mismatch. Unbinding object commandgroup 1.
