A quickly checked my gmail archives and came across a reference by Tracy Pearson,
In VFP 9, the SYS(1037,x) parameters assist with what you are asking for. Sys(1037,2) saves, sys(1037,3) restores.. note that an FRX formatted table/cursor needs to be the current cursor for these to work. HTH, Tracy Does this help?
