Government? Rackspace is not a government agency.
This is not a first amendment issue; it's a contractual issue. Sites
are pulled all the time; I used to sit next to the AUP (Acceptable Use Policy)
department, and heard many stories about what could cause a site to get shut
down. This is nothing unusual; it's the publicity hounds running the site who
are unusual.
