Are you talking about small to mid sized biz of say 200 employees or under? I have seen the underpaid people request support and the top execs approve the new hire process. Rarely do I see the top mgmt do the hiring. They might meet with the candidate once but not a real player in hire process. BTW what constitutes a rich person anyway? 150,000 or 250,000 per year? -- Stephen Russell Sr. Production Systems Programmer CIMSgts 901.246-0159 cell _______________________________________________ Post Messages to: [email protected] Subscription Maintenance: http://leafe.com/mailman/listinfo/profox OT-free version of this list: http://leafe.com/mailman/listinfo/profoxtech Searchable Archive: http://leafe.com/archives/search/profox This message: http://leafe.com/archives/byMID/profox/[email protected] ** All postings, unless explicitly stated otherwise, are the opinions of the author, and do not constitute legal or medical advice.
