For instance, your msg arrived this morning, 9/27. I had NOT seen it before. My ISP is RoadRunner, and we had some problems a few years back with them deciding that ProFox was spam and blocking it. Maybe they're holding some messages (how do they decide which ones?) and releasing them later. ???
