Ha,ha,ha! No, I probably knew that answer once. I've forgotten enough I could fill a book. Wait, didn't I do that once? ;) This is an FAQ, what goes in the Resource file, how to use it, how to set one up for each user, turning it off in the Config.FPW and enabling later as needed for each user. There's also some cool stuff you can do to flag some of the records in the resource file as read- only so a certain configuration stays a certain way. And there was a FoxPro Advisor Q&A article on translating the timestamps to datetimes. But, I digress... To debug this problem, set up your executable temporarily in a scratch directory, moving in whatever supporting files it needs to run. In your own directory, set up a Config.fpw file with RESOURCE=ON RESOURCE=c:\temp\kurt.dbf (Tune the path as appropriate.) Run your executable in the directory with the Config.FPW. Position the print preview toolbar where you want it. Quit the app. Start FoxPro, open up the kurt.dbf and study the records. Your answer is in there. Post follow-up questions if you have them. -- Ted Roche Ted Roche & Associates, LLC http://www.tedroche.com _______________________________________________ Post Messages to: [email protected] Subscription Maintenance: http://leafe.com/mailman/listinfo/profox OT-free version of this list: http://leafe.com/mailman/listinfo/profoxtech Searchable Archive: http://leafe.com/archives/search/profox This message: http://leafe.com/archives/byMID/profox/[email protected] ** All postings, unless explicitly stated otherwise, are the opinions of the author, and do not constitute legal or medical advice.
