My netgear fvs318 router developed some malidies and has caused me all kinds of grief. I'm looking for a replacment. In the meantime I switched it out with an old linksky wrt54gsv4 i put in the closet 7 or 8 years ago.
Some features I was using on the fvs318: Blocked various Dos attacks, etc. Logged system, local, wan, and alerts, which were emailed to me. 8 ethernet 10, 100 ports. Wireless. Port forwarding. Predetermined dhcp ip adrdess based on mac address.
