When will the ecoweenies realize that no one will use solar until it's cheap enough to compete with other fuel. Solar has been subsidized for 30 years and is still not cheap enough for the average person. It's great if you have a log cabin and it's too expensive to bring a power line to it, or if you're in the middle of the dessert, but not for the average person yet. It will be, but not yet.
