IF you put it on photographic paper, you'll have a great photo but the certificate won't really look like a certificate, it will look shiny.
If you put it on certificate paper, high rag content paper, the certificate will look great but the photo won't. Photos look best on smooth paper, fancy certificate paper isn't smooth.
