I don't have VFP installed, but I was able to get to Exchange using MS Access with the "Get External Data -> Link Tables" funtionality. If Access can do it, I gotta think VFP can. I did this for my Inbox and Calendar and was able to update (at least the Body) of things from the table itslef rather than in my Outlook.
