Almost right. Pesetas is a coin (like dollars) not "money". It is "gastarlos" (spend them). Health, dollars, and time to spend them. Would be a free translation. Now the saying is at least suspicious. I've never heard it, and it would supposedly be a Mexican saying but "pesetas" is a spanish coin so.... Similar but authentic saying (or toast really) would be "Salud, dinero y amor" (health, money and love).
