If you need to develop something,  and don't want to get involved with
Objective-C and so on, you could probably knock something up in one of
the higher-level frameworks like RhoMobile, PhoneGap or Titanium. Those
will let you use standard HTML/CSS and scripting (JavaScript, Lua, Ruby)
to do the job.

You'll need to get signed up to the Apple developer shenanigans and get
a Mac if you don't have one though.
