The small investor (whose money bailed out GM) are not getting any of the IPO 
today. It all goes to the "big boy" firms who give it to their best clients. An 
IPO often means big money to these guys since they resell the stock afterwards

They said that if the stock went down then the small investor would be ticked 
off. What a crock. All they have to do is price the IPO low enough so that 
would not happen and give a nice profit to the small investor. No, that didn't 
happen.
