I've certainly done it in the past, but I can't remember the command
though, sorry!

This was when I was migrating a medium sized network to a different
domain.  I scripted all the user permissions and then applied them to
the new domain.  This would have been pre-Active Directory, probably a
Windows 2000 domain.

Tried looking at SysInternals?
