No. All my hobbies are here and it is too expensive to ship them that far. I
have insulated my home with foam so it is pretty tight and can be air
conditioned inexpensively.

Plus I am 20 miles from the coastline and at 500ft elevation so I wouldn't 
mind being an ocean front property.
