Yes, that's a nice page, but I had done all of that (plus it is
out-of-date -- still had IIS6).

I did get a clue in IE, though. I got an error message that "Intranet
is turned off by default," and a click-able option to turn it on. I
thought "Oh, there it is." I turned it on, restarted IE, and, um, 404.

%$&#$^&#&*#!!!!

Maybe like everything else, i need to restart Winders. I'll do that,
and be back in a while...
