That happened to me way back in high school. I thought I was in the middle
of dying while everything around me moved in slow motion. My van wound up
wrapped around a tree and I was laying half in the street, and half on the
curb. All I got out of it was skinned knees. It wasn't my day to die. I
always figured God had work for me.

Thank God for extra ordinary things. Like traffic lights that are
turning green all the way to the freeway.

Or for surviving a traffic accident where everything goes into slow
motion. From my experience that was God putting me in the palm of his
hand what all that crash and bang was going on. I walked away just
fine, car not so lucky.
