Sytze,

If they email the pdf through a different email client does it transfer
correctly?
If they blat it to themselves or you, does it transfer correctly?

I found SSH on Windows Vista and Windows 7 could corrupt large attachments
when using SSH and code written to work with the XP implementation of the
SSH encryption.
