If you are happy with the structures and want to port the same in SQL server
take a look at the SQL Server Upsizing Wizard in Sedna. It has worked for
all but two databases I have migrated. Both failed because of corrupted data
(numeric overflow in numeric fields).

Free tables have to be added to a database if you want them upsized through
this tool.
