>>What's the best way to migrate a FoxPro database and/or free tables to SQL Server and keep all the code written in VFP?<<
If you are happy with the structures and want to port the same in SQL server take a look at the SQL Server Upsizing Wizard in Sedna. It has worked for all but two databases I have migrated. Both failed because of corrupted data (numeric overflow in numeric fields). http://vfpx.codeplex.com/wikipage?title=Sedna&referringTitle=Home Free tables have to be added to a database if you want them upsized through this tool.
