2010 Highlights: The wife and I celebrated our 20th anniversary this year. We also became grandparents for the first time.
Completed a move back to southern California - although we left a WONDERFUL house and a good company behind in South Dakota. They have had about 12" of snow this month, we've had 6" of rain here - guess which I prefer right now. Hint: You don't have to shovel rain. lol Landed a job with a good company here, a few struggles early on but things have worked out. I'll be here a long time. Doing about 25% VFP, 75% .NET this year, the trend of VFP getting less of my attention as time marches on. Can't remember the last time I had VFP loaded on my desktop machine at home. Have it on a VM on my W7 notebook though. 2011 Goals: Expand knowledge of ASP.Net, VB.Net, jQuery, Maybe some C# Move back into a management position Spend more time with my younger kids while they are still young and at home (10, 8) Lose 50 pounds (didn't I say that last year, and the year before, and...) (raising coffee cup, I'm still in the office) Here's to a great 2011 for us all!
