IIS7 on Windows 2008 Server
West-Wind Application

My client has asked me to check into performance issues reported by
http://webpagetest.org on the site. We're not getting a good ranking on
some of the static CSS, JPG, GIF, and JS files. Under the "Enable
browser caching of static assets:" we're getting "FAILED (No max-age or
expires) - http://ourWebSite.com/go3.jpg"; and many other files listed.

I've gone through and done what I can figure out but it's not affecting
these tests any.
-- IIS Manager > My Application > Output Caching Rules menu option
-- I've added in .jpg (and the others listed above as well)
-- Checked the "User-mode caching" and "At time intervals" of "00:00:30"
-- Under the "Advanced" button, I've set the "Headers:" to be
"Accept-Language".
-- THIS MIGHT BE KEY: Under some of the IIS optimization pages, they say
to set "Query string variable(s):" to be whatever variables I need ...
BUT ... they don't say what variables would be helpful. Ideas?

There are many, many pages on setting the "Expires" header in Apache,
but I need some help with IIS7.

Thanks!
-Kevin
