I've been running Vista 64-bit Home Premium for about 2 years, upgraded 
to Win7 same last year, no problems.

Nowadays I run only VFP9, but it's SP1 and not SP2.  If I saw any reason 
to install SP2 (and it's various hot fixes) I would not be afraid to do so.
