nRealRuntime = ((Val(Sys1)) - 245552) * 86400) + Seconds()

Sys(1) is VFP call
Julian Begining Date less days since then 245552. see Wiki, times No.
Sec in a day + seconds since midnight.

At midnight you get the rollover of seconds for each day hence the need
for the Julian basis.
