I love how people say NEVER use frames, then I go to Microsoft sites and
voila . . . Frames city! Sometimes I use them, mostly I use Layers and
tables.

Good point...

I didn't think someone with what sounded like limited HTML skills would
be up for CSS...

OTOH there isn't any reason you couldn't code the CSS as well as the
other stuff then upload along with everything else....
