I don't believe that report. After all, it's summer, we are having 30 to 40ºC here, so there is NO way that may be happening. It does not make sense to me that there are colder and hotter places around the earth. It doesn't. Neither does it make sense that there are hotter and colder places in an AVERAGE. Nor that you say you have snow when we all know it's summer time and I'll be going to Punta del Este's beaches in a short while.
