I have an IP security camera, so I brought the iPhone eyecam application
to use with it. At the house I have a Netgear wireless router connected
to suddenlink's fiber optic network, so I can view the security camera's
stream great, when connecting my iPhone to my router's wifi access, but
when out of the house connected to the AT&T 3G network, the video stream
come in as snapshots with no rhythm or flow at all.

Verizon will begin selling the iPhone. Verizon has a 4G network, (eg
4th Generation Network), but I'm not sure of its availability here in
Abilene, Texas or around the country as a whole. I'm sure the Verizon
4G network is a work in progress with best coverage in large
metropolitan areas.

The ATT network probably has as many access points as any network out
there, and I've never had any trouble connecting to it here in Abilene,
Texas. Connecting to the ATT network out in the country, though, is
another matter. The biggest complaints I've heard about the iPhone is
that the ATT network, previously its sole choice, sucks.

LelandJ
