I seem to remember something about the form.AllowOutput property and things disappearing. Try changing that setting and see if that helps.
Don't know why you would have a parameters issue unless you have custom code that's overridden the default behavior and you have an altered parameter statement there. Even a space character in the method will override it (and cause there to be no parameter statement at all).
