I'm trying to get my Vista laptop to unhibernate and start playing a radio station through iTunes at 6:00 AM every morning.
I wrote a batch file that does indeed start the desired radio station, and I set up a scheduled task to run the batch file. I tested it yesterday with a "run once 5 minutes in the future" trigger. Worked fine. This morning, the computer came out of hibernation on schedule but didn't start the radio station. I see a failure in the task scheduler history that says: """ Task Scheduler failed to start "\start_paradise" task for user "Ed-PC\Ed". Additional Data: Error Value 2147750691. """ I've googled for that error code with no useful results. I've clicked on the details tab for the log entry and there's a "friendly view" and "xml view" but no new information there. Anyone have any ideas?
