Direct Mail Database Specialist/List Processor -- FoxPro Developer Location: Phoenix, AZ Duration : Full time - Direct Hire / 3 months CTH Job details Client's Business Intelligence Group is looking for a detail oriented, teamwork- focused Direct Mail Database Specialist to exceed client expectations through accurate and organized management of data. In this position, you will process client database files from initial stages through final output. With a focus on accuracy, you will accept or reject the Account Supervisors' job tickets for completion. Through analysis, you will decide if a client's mail should enter at the point of printing, or be shipped to the destination for direct entry. You will apply postal hygiene software, perform merge/purge, create mail documentation and prepare output media for use at printers and letter shops. Behind the scenes, your teammates will be able to count on you to support their efforts with thorough follow through and initiative. A problem solver, you handle issues with finesse, and your teammates can count on you for thoroughness and adherence to deadlines. Well organized, you can handle unexpected challenges as well as routine work. With initiative and a collaborative focus, you are able to comfortably communicate with co-workers and clients alike. You learn new and proprietary programs easily, and are a quick study. With a degree in business or computer science preferred, you are proficient in MS Office, Windows, Excel, and FoxPro is a must. Experience with SQL, Business Object ACE, Business Object Presort View, Label Studio is a plus; and have at least a year of related experience under your belt.
