Vincent, Plantronics has a line of wireless headsets that connect to PC or home/business phones. I've had good experience with the voice quality they provide. I just picked up a Bluetooth headset from Best Buy for 100 USD that cancels out the road noise nicely. It should also connects to my VIAO laptop via the Bluetooth built in.
