I am doing a feasibility study for an application that is cell phone based. This application will be written for the multiple phone platforms: iPhone, Android, Symbian, Win7, etc. The heart of this application will help the user know their location *inside* of a (known) building. We are hoping to use multilateration via cell_id and round trip times to three or more cell towers.
This application will not be using GPS as the application is intended to be run inside of various buildings. I'm currently looking for consultants that have experience in this area for one or more of the phone platforms. If you have had experience in this area, or know of someone that has done something along these lines, have them drop me an email.
