Got a user here who prefers the Folders always showing on the lefthand side of the screen when he opens Windows Explorer. From his folder view, we went into View - Explorer Bar and chose Folder View. We then went into the Tools - Folder Options - View tab and chose the Apply To All Folders option, but the next time he (re-)opens a folder view, it's the usual File and Folder Tasks, Other Places, and Details windows tabs on the lefthand size....no folder view.
