Ted: It is being saved in my sys(2030) folder. Everything seems
normal. I noticed that when I minimize the report designer, the
application is active and when I exit I am asked to save the temporary
########.frx that is in the report designer. When I click save the
application closes but hangs on the final step and says "Cannot quit
FoxPro" with the report designer still active.

When the app closes the temporary .frx is still there. It is read only.

I modified a report in another application and did not have the problem,
so I appreciate your help; but there must be something specific to this
application. I packed and reindexed everything I could but am still
having the problem.

So I will let you know what I find.

Thanks!!!!!

Jeff
