Not sure if it makes a difference, but how are you referencing the 
icons/bitmaps?  Do you use a path or just the name?  FWIW I always enter 
the file name like this in the properties sheet: ="Myicon.ico" and make 
sure I have the path set properly during development, then include them 
in the exe.
